Product Features
BASF Irgalite Red K3693SQ/AK-7 is an economical, semi-transparent monoazo lake organic pigment with the Color Index name Pigment Red 53:1. This pigment exhibits a yellowish-red hue with bright color, high tinting strength, and excellent flowability.
Irgalite Red K3693SQ has a yellower color than BASF Red 4BP (Pigment Red 57:1), has good color fastness properties such as light resistance, solvent resistance and heat stability, and has low warpage in HDPE injection molding.
Paints and Coatings: Ideal for both industrial and architectural paints, where it can enhance the color quality and durability of the coatings. It provides a long - lasting and fade - resistant blue finish.
Plastics: Used in plastic manufacturing to color various plastic products. It has good compatibility with different types of plastics and can be easily incorporated during the plastic processing.
Inks: Suitable for printing inks, including offset, gravure, and flexographic inks. It offers high color saturation and printability, ensuring sharp and clear prints.
